All too often I see Personal Trainers not focusing on the PERSONAL side of the service. Everyone reacts differently to training, has different motivations, and has differing abilities. This is what sets me apart, I fully commit to making sure each clients gets what THEY need in a manner that THEY want so as to benefit THEM most. 

           GROUP TRAINING

This service is all about fun and effective training with a group of people that you are comfortable with. This is especially good as you can motivate each other to keep going and do better, and also you can share the experience and the fitness journey with each other.

           WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

 

This is one of my primary expertises, using a combination of tailored exercise sessions and personalised nutrition advice I can guarantee a healthy and sustainable weight loss. This can hugely benefit you, making you healthy and happy.

           MUSCLE TONE

 

Whether you want to "get big" or just tone up your muscles, I have the program for you. I will show you how to improve muscle tone and, more importantly, how to maintain it. This program can help you look how you want to look and feel how you want to feel.

           CORE STRENGTH

 

Arguably one of the most important cornerstones of a fit and healthy body. I can help you improve your core strength; this will improve posture, back injuries or problems, help you look slimmer, and improve your performance and form in other exercises or sporting activities.
