            PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Personalised, one-to-one training that is designed to fit your own personal goals and abilities.​

 

 

This service is the most holistic and incorporates a wide range of training methods and aims to improve not just weight loss or muscle gain, but overall health and fitness and exercise enjoyment.

 

 

Available in one-off sessions and block booking.

            GROUP TRAINING

 

This service enables you to train with friends or family in a group. Training with others can be a great way to socialise and to motivate each other.​

 

 

Mostly held in public parks, client's homes or public halls.

 

 

This option also has the added benefit of being cheaper than the one-to-one personal training. Available in one-off sessions and block booking. 

 

            NUTRITION ADVICE

 

​This is given as part of the personal training and group training services.

It is tailored to the client's needs and current eating and drinking habits.

 

 

All clients who opt into this service will have their diets analysed and feedback given to enable them to compliment their diets with the training.
